To complete an order on www.Eighteen-Twelve.co.uk website the payment must be received prior to us sending out your order. If a payment fails for any reason, we are not obliged to send you your order. We will complete the order once the failed payment has been resolved.
Despite every effort made from us to make products and descriptions accurate, from time-to-time products may vary slightly from their images to the description.
ALL SWEETS ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY AND MAY BE CHANGED/SUBSITUTED DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY - This is an EXAMPLE of what could be in your mix. It is not guaranteed due to fluctuating stock levels but we can guarantee it will be amazing!
Where this is applicable Eighteen Twelve takes no responsibility for this and will not be liable, nor does the customer have right to dispute this and expect compensation. Please inform us of any inaccuracies or disputes of product descriptions/image via email at Sarah@Eighteen-Twelve.co.uk.
