Images and Pricing:
Please note that whilst every effort is made to accurately portray the items shown on the Eighteen Twelve web site, variations may occur. All images represent an accurate portrayal of its stock at time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification.
In cases where the product you ordered is then discounted through a sale (after your purchase) we cannot refund the difference between your original order price, and the new discounted price. You may request any product that was on sale through our email address Sarah@eighteen-twelve.co.uk All requests will be considered.

Order Cancellation:
All Cancellation requests must be made within 24 HOURS of order. After this your order will be processed. Cancellations will also be subject to a 5% charge. As a merchant we are charged to cancel orders and therefore it will be passed onto the cancelling customer.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
